Whilst I am wholeheartedly hoping for a return of late summer this September, the chillier mornings are pushing my thoughts to the season ahead… glorious Autumn.
Chunky cardies, cosy knits, beautiful booties and oversized jackets, I must admit, Autumn is actually one of my favourite seasons. Also, living in London, it means I can get on the tube without feeling like I have somehow teleported to a subtropical country, minus the beneficial tan…
This season I’m all for mixing up my fabrics, with cosy velvet and corduroy being the two new besties on the block.
Add in some on trend dusty pink and ever faithful mulled wine and it’s a winning combo in my book…
Outfit: another Primark score (note to self: diversify wardrobe)
Bag: Upcycled find at a Cambridge market stall
This skirt is SO comfy, whilst the A-line shape means I’m not left looking like a frumpy mess under the heavier fabric. Paired with the softest of tee’s, some beaten up boots and the cutest upcycled mustard bag, I’m ready to head to the pub for a good mulled cider and a roaring fire.
This look is from yet another Primark haul, but I’ve linked some of my other fave colour block combos below;
Until next time lovelies x
